We are looking for a German-speaking Video Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will review and moderate user-uploaded video content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines. This is a key position in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user reports related to video content on a streaming platform

• Assess and moderate sensitive content, which may include graphic or disturbing material

• Audit, classify, and update content in accordance with internal guidelines

• Maintain a solid understanding of client policies, products, and services

• Make fair, consistent, and policy-compliant decisions to resolve user inquiries

• Ensure strict adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards

Requirements

Language Skills

• Fluent German (C2) written and spoken

• Fluent English (B2+)

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• Comfortable working on rotating shifts, including occasional nights and weekends

• Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new tools and systems quickly

• High tolerance for viewing sensitive or distressing content

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Patient, professional, and customer-focused communication style

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Adaptable to repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
