We are looking for a motivated Air Travel Consultant to support airline customers in both German and English. In this role, youll handle inbound calls and assist travelers with bookings, cancellations, check-ins, and policy-related inquiries ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for airline customers via inbound calls in German and English.
• Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, online check-in, and travel policy information.
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the companys system.
• Provide timely and courteous resolutions to customer queries while meeting quality and performance standards (KPIs).

Requirements

• Fluent in German (B2+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Service-oriented, friendly, and stress-resilient personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work onsite during the initial training period.
• Stable wired internet connection (minimum 16/10 Mbps).
