We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Training Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Position: Training Supervisor

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and adhere to established training policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate team members involved in training activities.
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process of staff to support development and accountability.
  • Identify and report operational issues, irregularities, or risks as needed.
  • Communicate unresolved matters or those requiring higher-level decisions to management.
  • Achieve monthly performance goals in alignment with internal benchmarks.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and regular updates of training materials and documentation.
  • Review current procedures and tools; suggest enhancements or new policies to improve training outcomes.
  • Foster clear and effective communication within the team.
  • Organize and supervise training sessions and onboarding programs.
  • Represent the organization positively and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and stay updated on relevant practices.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of company information, equipment, and resources.
  • Use company tools and resources responsibly and for business purposes only.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, workplace safety measures, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with health and safety personnel to promote a safe work environment.
  • Alert management to any concerns, deficiencies, or incidents observed in the work area.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fluent in Serbian, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well proficiency in English.
    • Previous experience in a training or instructional role, preferably with team coordination responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Strong track record of meeting performance standards, deadlines, and professional expectations.
    • Solid understanding of training methodologies, tools, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
    • Able to contribute to performance evaluations and team development efforts.
    • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
