About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator (Uzbek) to join our team remotely in Tashkent. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality events, ensuring seamless logistics, strong vendor relations, and engaging experiences for all participants.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and deliver events including conferences, seminars, corporate gatherings, and galas.

Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, accommodation, and other arrangements.

Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to promote events across multiple channels.

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Oversee on-site setup, event execution, and post-event breakdown.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to maintain smooth operations.

Maintain event calendars, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Collect feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements.
Requirements

Native or fluent in Uzbek (C1) with strong English skills (B2+).

Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Calm and resourceful under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to travel when required.
