About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator (Uzbek) to join our team remotely in Tashkent. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality events, ensuring seamless logistics, strong vendor relations, and engaging experiences for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and deliver events including conferences, seminars, corporate gatherings, and galas.

  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, accommodation, and other arrangements.

  • Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote events across multiple channels.

  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Oversee on-site setup, event execution, and post-event breakdown.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to maintain smooth operations.

  • Maintain event calendars, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Collect feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Uzbek (C1) with strong English skills (B2+).

  • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Calm and resourceful under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility to travel when required.
