About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygienist / Cleaner to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will ensure that our facilities are kept clean, safe, and welcoming, contributing to a professional and comfortable environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in offices, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces.

• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.

• Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

• Wash and disinfect bathroom fixtures and replenish supplies.

• Handle waste disposal in line with company waste management procedures.

• Ensure cleaning tools and equipment remain functional and well-maintained.

• Ventilate rooms to ensure a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere.

• Water and maintain indoor plants as required.

• Report issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

• Perform tasks according to the daily cleaning plan and company standards.

• Work across 24/7 coverage in 12-hour shifts (including weekends and nights).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of and adherence to safety and hygiene procedures.
