Trainer (Serbian Speakers)

Position: Trainer
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Trainer to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip our team with strong game knowledge, procedural expertise, and the skills needed to perform at their best. You will inspire, guide, and support new and existing employees, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver training materials and structured programs to ensure thorough understanding of games, workflows, and procedures.

• Create performance improvement plans and implement relevant KPIs to enhance training quality and success.

• Conduct training sessions focusing on procedures, controls, and best practices, promoting professional growth and strong performance standards.

• Inspire and motivate trainees by providing constructive feedback and coaching, sharing insights with management to support ongoing improvement.

• Design and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for both new hires and existing staff, tailoring training to individual and team needs.

• Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps, training requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and training initiatives.

Requirements:

Fluent Serbian (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus English fluency (B2).

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ambition for professional growth.

• Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for training, coaching, and developing talent.

• Previous experience in the gaming or casino industry is considered an advantage.

• Prior experience in designing and facilitating training programs for casino or similar roles is highly beneficial.

• Professional qualifications in training, gaming operations, or instructional design are a plus.
