We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in A Coruña.

Position: Technical Support Advisor

Location: A Coruña, Spain / On-Site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
  • Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Portugal Portuguese and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.

  • Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
