We are looking for a French-speaking Senior Travel Agent to provide exceptional, personalized support to our travelers. In this role, you will handle a wide range of travel-related and technical inquiries from routine platform assistance to urgent, last-minute travel situations while ensuring each customer receives world-class service.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to share insights, improve workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, personalized support to travelers in French and English.

Assist with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Stay informed about travel industry trends, tools, and platform updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for product and process improvement.

Build positive relationships across global teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Consistently meet and exceed performance KPIs.
Requirements
Fluent in French, with strong English (C1 level) communication skills.

Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.

Experience using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is mandatory.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with metrics and performance goals.

Proficient with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.

Flexible to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Monday to Sunday), including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
