We are looking for a skilled and motivated Light Technician to join our production team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lighting systems in live or studio environments and a strong understanding of operational safety, precision, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain lighting and related technical equipment for live and continuous productions.

• Monitor and troubleshoot lighting systems, escalating complex issues when needed.

• Ensure consistent lighting quality and adherence to production standards.

• Maintain accurate equipment logs and report daily on operational performance.

• Follow all safety protocols and technical standards.

• Collaborate with camera, audio, and stage teams to ensure seamless production execution.

• Stay current with lighting technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Proven experience in studio, stage, or live event lighting operations.

• Practical knowledge of lighting consoles, fixtures, and control systems.

• Ability to interpret lighting plans and follow technical instructions.

• Strong awareness of safety standards and best practices.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Certification or formal training in lighting, electrical, audiovisual, or related fields preferred.
