What You'll Do

- Define performance metrics and deliver regular reports and insights.
- Prepare engaging presentations and materials for diverse audiences.
- Manage and organize data to support compliance and customer experience goals.
- Facilitate onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities for new team members.
What You Bring
- Professionally fluent English (C1 level).
- Background in customer experience and compliance (KYC/AML knowledge a plus).
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and produce clear documentation.
- Tech-savvy with automation tools, templates, and cloud-based platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and interpreting data.
- Strong communication skills with experience creating FAQs or customer materials.
- Excellent project management and onboarding experience.
