What You Bring

  • Professionally fluent English (C1 level).
  • Background in customer experience and compliance (KYC/AML knowledge a plus).
  • Proven ability to optimize workflows and produce clear documentation.
  • Tech-savvy with automation tools, templates, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and interpreting data.
  • Strong communication skills with experience creating FAQs or customer materials.
  • Excellent project management and onboarding experience.
