Facilities Supervisor

We are working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Facilities Supervisor to join their team in Bogota, Colombia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and store documentation efficiently to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Keep facility records up to date and compliant with company policies and standards.
• Support the development, implementation, and communication of facility management policies and procedures.
• Provide relevant, compliant, and practical advice to stakeholders on facility-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all building systems and services.
• Assist in resolving issues related to facility operations and service delivery.
• Liaise with maintenance contractors to coordinate the maintenance and operation of all building functions.
• Support facility management with installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong adaptability and organizational abilities.
• Proficient computer literacy, including Outlook, Teams, MS Office, and Windows.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, as required by business needs.
