Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review a variety of digital content including videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles.
  • Evaluate content based on predefined criteria such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Apply content policies and execute handling procedures consistently to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Interpret digital communications accurately and enforce client's terms of use effectively.
  • Participate actively in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, and training sessions to support team well-being and development.
  • Escalate any changes impacting performance or compliance to appropriate channels and maintain confidentiality and security measures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian with excellent grammar skills for effective communication.
  • Previous experience in a BPO, contact center, or content moderation role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content related to topics like child exploitation, animal abuse, violence, hate speech, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of empathy.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of political and social dynamics in Hungary.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
