We are partnering with a leading multinational financial services company specializing in online trading to onboard a German-speaking Customer Success Officer. This role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, and offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing environment.
Position: Customer Success Officer

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide live support to clients worldwide.
Respond to emails, assist with opening client accounts, amend existing accounts, and maintain client records.
Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management.
Handle back office queries and support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
Report to management and coordinate with all departments to resolve issues.
Provide support and troubleshooting on Trading Platforms.
Liaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and account approvals.
Handle client inquiries appropriately, ensuring high-level service is provided.
Promote available products and services to clients and provide all relevant information.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving targeted results.
Requirements:
Fluent German speaker, with excellent oral and written skills. Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar position is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms is a plus.
Ability to work rotational shifts from 09:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 19:00, and 12:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday.
