We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Polish and English speaking BPO Recruiter to join their growing team in Poland. Ideal candidate for this position should be based either in Krakow or Warsaw.

Location: Krakov, Poland or Warsaw, Poland

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: hybrid.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing multilingual agents, team leaders, and sales/CX profiles
  • Lead recruitment efforts that foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, achieving a target of 10 hires per month
  • Consistently meet recruitment goals, including daily, weekly, and monthly hiring objectives for each client
  • Gain a deep understanding of business objectives, timelines, legal considerations, and requirements for every new client
  • Implement high-volume sourcing strategies to attract candidates that align with client needs, particularly within language-focused and sales roles, in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Improve key hiring metrics to meet and exceed recruitment targets
  • Manage a tight schedule for screening, interviewing, and processing a high volume of candidates weekly
  • Run end-to-end recruitment processes in a hybrid working environment, based in Krakow or Warsaw, with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days working remotely.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Proficiency in both English and Polish
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Previous recruiting experience, ideally in BPO or high-volume recruitment for language-focused or sales roles is a mandatory
      • Proven ability to conduct performance-based and skills-focused interviews
      • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment setting while meeting tight deadlines
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management, including sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
      • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
