We are seeking a German-speaking Content Reviewer to join our client's dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assess and refine AI-generated health-related content to ensure it meets quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the growing field of AI evaluation and content moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate health-related prompts following internal and client guidelines.

• Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, tone, helpfulness, and cultural appropriateness.

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate content and provide actionable feedback.

• Document issues and propose improvements to guidelines and AI model performance.

• Participate in team calibration sessions, sharing best practices and insights.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Adhere to company procedures, confidentiality policies, and performance KPIs.

• Contribute to workflow enhancements and support ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German, both written and spoken.

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong understanding of German culture, local standards, slang, and linguistic nuances.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.

• Basic computer literacy and a typing speed of 3540 WPM.

• Ability to multitask, manage workload independently, and work in shifts.

• General knowledge of health and wellness topics; familiarity with wearable devices or metrics is an advantage.

• Previous experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is a plus.

• Bachelors degree (undergraduate or graduate) in any discipline.
