We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Appearance Assistant to join our dynamic team in Belgrade. In this role, you will help uphold and enhance the companys appearance standards by supporting employees in maintaining a polished and professional on-camera and in-studio look. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for styling, grooming, and presentation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update employee appearance records to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Conduct appearance training sessions and provide hands-on guidance to employees.

• Evaluate and refine appearance policies in alignment with organizational guidelines and feedback.

• Review and approve new employees appearance before they begin on-camera or client-facing duties.

• Prepare and distribute appearance documentation, manuals, and visual references.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.

• Communicate updates and reminders through internal channels to reinforce appearance expectations.

• Organize workshops and practical sessions to promote best practices in styling and grooming.

• Review and evaluate appearance-related requests and provide professional recommendations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish (C1 level) and proficient English (B2 level or higher).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal grooming, styling, or a similar field, including at least 1 year in an appearance or standards-focused role.

• Diploma or certification in hairstyling, makeup, or related discipline.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in basic PC applications for scheduling and communication.

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

• Knowledge of makeup, hairstyling, and skincare techniques, especially suited for media or on-camera environments, is an advantage.

• Availability to work standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
