We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Shift Supervisor to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring all processes meet company standards for accuracy, compliance, and performance. You will lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Quality Control team.

• Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and established procedures.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to QC team members.

• Oversee workflow alignment across departments to maintain procedural consistency.

• Maintain and update documentation, databases, and performance reports accurately.

• Analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor KPIs and deadlines, ensuring timely task completion.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations with team members.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration with internal departments.

• Participate in team and management meetings, contributing to operational strategy and improvement.

• Manage inventory records, activity logs, and correspondence efficiently.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Fluent or native English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in Quality Control or a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve quality-related issues proactively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and quality monitoring tools.

• Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation abilities.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and team performance.
