We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining studio standards, and fostering a positive, efficient, and growth-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve strong performance and operational success

  • Ensure optimal staffing levels, manage rotations, and coordinate temporary coverage when required

  • Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflows

  • Monitor operational and financial performance and adjust strategies to meet key targets

  • Build and maintain a positive team culture that promotes professional development and employee engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals

  • Establish and oversee risk management practices to ensure a safe and structured workplace

  • Manage budgeting, expense control, and effective resource utilization

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure the studio facilities are kept to a high standard


Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent Serbian (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent English (B2+)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations management role

  • Experience managing large teams (200+ employees) in a fast-paced environment is an advantage

  • Basic financial management and budgeting experience

  • Proven track record in team building and leadership

  • Strong focus on quality, process improvement, and performance management

  • Proactive, adaptable, and empathetic with excellent people leadership abilities

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship-building skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
