Position: Customer Service Representative (Danish-speaking)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will assist customers and travel agents with bookings, provide product information, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide high-quality assistance

• Recommend and sell products tailored to customer needs

• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services

• Support customers with booking management and post-booking inquiries

• Assist travel agents with reservation support, changes, and issue resolution

• Provide detailed and accurate information on destinations, pricing, boats, documentation, and travel-related queries

Requirements

Language Skills

• Native or fluent Danish (C2) written and spoken

• Fluent English (B2+)

Experience & Competencies

• Previous customer service or sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or tourism

• Strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport and engage customers

• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries with accuracy

• Experience with cross-selling and upselling services or products

• Customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence

• Familiarity with booking or travel management systems is a strong advantage

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
