We are seeking a CCTV Specialist to ensure our surveillance and security systems operate at peak efficiency. In this role, you will manage and maintain CCTV infrastructure, oversee system monitoring, and collaborate with technical teams to guarantee continuous, secure, and high-quality operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure CCTV systems are fully operational, well-maintained, and continuously monitored.

  • Oversee the control room to guarantee all equipment functions efficiently and is regularly serviced.

  • Monitor camera performance daily to maintain optimal recording quality and system connectivity.

  • Install, configure, and manage Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, or Hikvision.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly while implementing system improvements and preventive maintenance.

  • Train and support CCTV operators, ensuring adherence to established procedures and best practices.

  • Collaborate with Network and Storage teams to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and smooth connectivity.

  • Maintain CCTV-related software and provide 24/7 on-call support for any system emergencies.


Requirements

  •  Fluent in Spanish, with good command of English (spoken and written).

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation/Control Systems Engineering.

  • Proven experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.

  • Experience with Milestone or similar VMS platforms is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAN, NAS, and DAS storage systems.

  • Working knowledge of LAN administration, user management, and data backups.

  • Hands-on experience with server and storage hardware (HP, Dell, EMC, Blade) is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking.

  • Availability for 24/7 emergency support when required.
