About the Role

We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Game Presenter & Shuffler to join our international team in Bucharest. In this role, you will be the face of our live gaming experience, engaging with players and delivering high-quality service while upholding the companys professional standards and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Present live games in a professional and engaging manner, delivering superior player experiences.

• Represent the company brand by adhering to presentation and grooming standards at all times.

• Showcase exceptional communication and presenting skills to engage players effectively.

• Maintain technical proficiency in all games, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and performance expectations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the companys growth plans.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive team spirit in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Turkish speaker (C2), with fluent English (C1).

• Strong presenting and communication skills with an outgoing, enthusiastic personality.

• Ability to maintain high energy levels during games that require animated performance.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to think quickly, stay calm under pressure, and perform with accuracy and discretion.
