About the Role

We are partnering with a leading B2B solutions provider seeking a Surveillance Team Leader for their gaming studios in Bucharest. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in monitoring, compliance, and risk management, who are ready to take ownership of team leadership and operational integrity in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify reported incidents, escalating where appropriate and supporting evaluations or corrective measures.

  • Monitor both digital and physical environments to detect suspicious, irregular, or non-compliant activities.

  • Oversee testing and performance assessments of surveillance systems, collaborating with QA and development teams.

  • Maintain detailed logs and reports to support incident tracking and performance reviews.

  • Coordinate task distribution, manage live escalations, and make informed decisions during high-priority situations.

  • Mentor, coach, and train team members to ensure skill development and adherence to standards.

  • Support performance reviews by validating task completion and contributing to incentive and corrective action processes.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • 45 years of experience in surveillance, compliance, monitoring, or risk management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, surveillance systems, or related technologies.

  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify irregularities, and assess operational risks.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word) or equivalent productivity tools.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 operational environment.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

  • Familiarity with advanced monitoring or analytics software.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and incentive structures.
