About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator (Uzbek) to join our team remotely in Tashkent. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging written and multimedia content that enhances our digital presence and strengthens brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Create impactful multimedia assets, such as videos and graphics, with occasional on-camera participation.

  • Ensure all content aligns with the companys brand identity, values, and tone of voice.

  • Write compelling copy (e.g., subject lines, headlines, promotional texts) to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Capture and repurpose key moments from company events into digital content.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align strategies and campaigns.

  • Follow established workflows, templates, and compliance guidelines.

  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to optimize results.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Uzbek (C1+) with strong English skills (B2+).

  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (flexible).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.

  • Strong portfolio of relevant work (to be submitted with application).

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization practices.

  • Passion for digital content creation, with strong attention to detail and creativity.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
