We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Shift Supervisor to lead our QC team and ensure high operational standards across all processes. In this role, you will supervise daily QC activities, coach team members, drive performance improvements, and uphold exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the Quality Control team.

• Ensure compliance with established QC policies, procedures, and company quality standards.

• Drive team performance through effective coaching, motivation, and corrective actions when necessary.

• Monitor cross-departmental workflows to ensure consistent process alignment and quality compliance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and database records.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable solutions.

• Track KPIs and ensure timely completion of tasks and objectives.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations with team members.

• Support strong communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across internal teams.

• Participate in team and leadership meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

• Maintain inventory records and activity logs as required.

• Manage correspondence and provide timely updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in Quality Control or a similar supervisory/leadership role.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team effectively.

• High attention to detail with the ability to detect and resolve quality-related issues.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and quality monitoring tools.

• Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
