We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lighting Specialist to join our technical production team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will support the setup, operation, and maintenance of professional lighting systems used in live and continuous production environments. Key Responsibilities

• Install, organize, and configure lighting and related technical equipment according to project requirements and supervisor direction.

• Assemble, position, and secure fixtures, panels, cabling, and support systems.

• Manage cabling and connections including labeling, coiling, and inspecting for wear or damage.

• Assist with lighting adjustments during rehearsals, testing, and live operations.

• Help identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Support the organization, inventory, and maintenance of lighting gear and accessories.

• Follow all safety standards and maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Foundational to intermediate knowledge of lighting, audiovisual, or event technical systems.

• Practical experience with equipment assembly and handling (academic or professional).

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift or move lighting and rigging equipment.

• Flexible schedule available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Basic understanding of electricity, control systems, or measurement tools.

• Familiarity with industry concepts such as signal flow or lighting control systems.

• Training or certification in audiovisuals, electronics, or a related technical field preferred.

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop technical skills.
