About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Makeup Artist / Hairdresser to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of on-camera staff, ensuring company standards are consistently met. You will also play a key part in training and supporting employees in appearance-related guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply makeup and perform hairstyling (including tattoo coverage) to meet company standards for on-camera presentation.

• Retouch and adjust makeup/hairstyles as required throughout shifts.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of tools, products, and workspace.

• Monitor inventory of materials and accessories, ensuring proper use and storage.

• Train employees on company appearance standards and provide constructive feedback.

• Communicate effectively through company channels, responding promptly to requests and reporting activities.

• Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, using a positive and supportive approach.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Serbian (C1+) and good command of English (B1+).

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in makeup artistry and hairstyling.

• Diploma, certification, or formal qualification in makeup, hairstyling, or a related artistic field.

• Strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and self-discipline.

• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

• PC literacy with the ability to manage communication and scheduling.

• Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
