We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader (Uniform and Stylist) to oversee inventory operations, uniform management, and team performance within a fast-paced, creative environment. This position combines operational leadership with a flair for style, organization, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise stock and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate timely replenishments, and analyze stock trends to optimize usage and minimize waste.

  • Evaluate existing workflows, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing new operational guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to stock control and team performance.

  • Lead, train, and motivate team membersoverseeing schedules, attendance, and performance management.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, communicate updates, and reinforce company expectations.

  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports on inventory, purchasing, and team KPIs.

  • Support and coordinate internal workshops, training sessions, and company events in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.

  • Collaborate with Health & Safety representatives to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.

  • Identify innovation opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall team performance.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent English (C1 level)both spoken and written.

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in inventory control, procurement, or operational management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Experience in visual presentation, appearance management, or styling (e.g., broadcast, retail, or production environments) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with makeup, hair styling, or skincare products is an advantage.

  • Prior experience managing and developing a team successfully.
