Quality Control Specialist

We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Control Specialist for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Position: Quality Control Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct real-time product evaluations to ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Monitor the performance of on-screen personnel to uphold service and presentation guidelines
• Identify and report quality issues or deviations to relevant departments for corrective action
• Perform routine checks to ensure proper functioning of technical equipment used in live operations
• Adhere to and support enforcement of internal quality assurance policies and procedures
• Continuously monitor live services or products to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Experience working with live broadcast, media, or digital content technology
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and operational regulations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues
• Proficient with PC tools and systems, including Microsoft 365 and related software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
