We are looking for an experienced and motivated Games Presenter Team Manager to lead a team of talented professionals in our Belgrade studio. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent leadership, coaching, and support to team members to foster both personal and professional development.

  • Oversee daily team operations in line with company policies, including attendance management and performance monitoring.

  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork.

  • Identify training and development needs, working closely with internal departments to coordinate learning opportunities.

  • Contribute to achieving business goals through effective team management and skill development initiatives.

  • Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with company standards, values, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Requirements

  • Native or fluent Turkish (C1 level) and fluent English (B2 level) communication skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory position.

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 environment and manage shift-based teams.

  • Flexible to work on a rotational shift schedule.
