We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across live operations and digital content. Youll monitor performance, evaluate processes, and help maintain operational excellence through continuous observation and improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct real-time product and service evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Monitor on-screen personnel performance to ensure adherence to service and presentation guidelines.

  • Identify and document quality issues or deviations, reporting them to relevant departments for resolution.

  • Perform regular technical checks to verify proper functioning of live operation equipment.

  • Enforce internal quality assurance policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Continuously monitor live services and broadcasts to ensure consistency, reliability, and excellence in delivery.


Requirements

  • Fluent or native English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience in live broadcast, media, or digital content technology environments.

  • Minimum high school diploma (Bachelors degree is an advantage).

  • Good understanding of industry quality standards and operational procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and correct inconsistencies quickly.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general PC systems and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
