DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the companys facilities, ensuring all building systems and infrastructure function efficiently.

Coordinate and manage internal teams and external service providers (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, reception) to guarantee service quality and operational continuity.

Supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects while maintaining detailed records and documentation.

Manage vendor relationships, contract administration, invoice reviews, and compliance with company policies and standards.

Support employee relocation logistics, including housing arrangements, property maintenance, and lease agreements.

Monitor procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of office assets and supplies while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Contribute to the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve facility-related issues and ensure a safe, productive, and well-maintained work environment.
REQUIREMENTS

Native or fluent English (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities, property management, or a related operational field.

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

Solid understanding of facilities management practices, infrastructure systems, and building operations.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
