DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the companys facilities, ensuring all building systems and infrastructure function efficiently.

  • Coordinate and manage internal teams and external service providers (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, reception) to guarantee service quality and operational continuity.

  • Supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects while maintaining detailed records and documentation.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contract administration, invoice reviews, and compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Support employee relocation logistics, including housing arrangements, property maintenance, and lease agreements.

  • Monitor procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of office assets and supplies while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve facility-related issues and ensure a safe, productive, and well-maintained work environment.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Native or fluent English (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities, property management, or a related operational field.

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

  • Solid understanding of facilities management practices, infrastructure systems, and building operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
