HR Operations Lead Officer

 Job Description:

Our client is urgently looking to appoint an experienced HR Operations Lead Officer to cover a 12-month maternity leave in the Bath & Northeast Somerset Council team.

The role of the Lead officer is the escalation route for the officers (Recruitment Admins).

A typical day involves troubleshooting queries from the officers and guiding them through the process, working with managers to balance the pre-employment checks, and ensuring compliance.

90% of the job is troubleshooting, being aware of how recruitment works, and how the Team can ensure compliance is done efficiently and speedily. Understanding the impact of actions and ensuring the candidates journey is 100%.

The role is equivalent to that of a Recruitment Consultant/JR Advisor (skill level)
