About the job Standard Corporate and Public Affairs Executive
Job Responsibilities
1. Government & Public Relations: Serve as a member of the Thailand Public Affairs Department; expand and maintain communication channels between the company and government authorities; establish a strong reputation and positive image for the company at relevant government levels; and foster a favorable external environment.
2. Policy Monitoring & Analysis: Familiarize oneself with government regulatory logic; timely collect the latest technology-related and regulatory government policies as well as industry insights; and provide accurate policy interpretations.
3. Business Compliance & Licensing: Gain a deep understanding of the company's business operations; assist in the maintenance and renewal of various financial licenses; and support the compliant operation of the business.
4. Crisis Management: Handle crisis public relations concerning overseas government regulations, and manage emergency response and disposal operations.
Qualifications
1. Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above; English proficiency as a working language; fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
3. Competencies: Proven project management capabilities alongside strong skills in analyzing, judging, and making decisions on complex issues.
4. Attributes: Highly resilient under pressure, highly adaptable, and eager to embrace challenges.
5. Work Experience: Familiarity with government management approaches; prior experience working within government sectors, or managing government affairs (GR) within a corporate environment.
