ASP Management Supervisor

Job Description

1. Forecast ASP demand based on the rollout plan and secure the necessary capacity

2. Secure supplier progress reporting and information flows, including corrective and preventive action to address roolout raised issue for ASP performance or EHS violations.

3. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations.

4. Support project team to create scope of work, purchasing price items.

5. Define supplier performance requirements for sourcing including EHS performance monitoring.
6. Assist sourcing with the technical evaluation and on-site assessment of ASP candidates.

7. Assist sourcing with the development of ASP selection criteria an

8. Execute new ASP Onboarding and prepare project kick off.
9. Develop and secure ASP competence and training.
10. Secure ASP have all mandatory requirement such as license, specific tools, permits and including EHS certificationd with negotiation and selection

11. Secure that ASP performance KPIs measurement is in place and continuosly measured.
12. Establish ASP Operational and internal Governance with regular meeting to follow-up ASP performance KPIs.
13. Responsible for ASP metrics and score and reporting on productivity, quality and EHS performance

14. Act on deviation on contractual prices application and / or activites delivered.
15. Regular meeting to follow-up work allocation according to procurement board decisions.
16. Responsible for rasing discussion and actions in case deviation of procurement board decisions
