Responsibilties
- 1st Level Alarm Monitoring of Transport Multivendor (Huawei/Cisco/Nokia/Juniper/F5/Extreme/Palo Alto etc) equipment (IPRAN/IPCore {Router/Switches/Firewall}/Microwave/DWDM/Wifi/SDH/ISP) Network
- Coordination, support, management, and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
- Communicate with Field, 3PP and 2nd Line Support (Local & Remote(GSC))
- Perform 1st troubleshooting and/or escalate to 2nd line support.
- Monitor (detection), Create trouble ticketing, escalation and follow up until the problem resolved
- Cacti Handling
- EOE Event management
- EOE Incident management
- Constantly monitoring Service availability & performance. Machines guided by humans who intervene for exceptions.
- Constantly monitors the EoE machine systems, data & the different models that support delivery of Services.
- Mobilizes corrective actions, does impact analysis & invokes contingency plans.
- Provides fast response technical capability that supports the running of the Services.
- Performs Service exception Mgmt, initial analysis & triggers corrective actions.
- Includes issue diagnosis, routine resource fulfillment & Field technical assistance center & optimization activities.
- Support Call Center for customer complaint handling
- Handover and Incident Report
- Operational KPI SLA & Response Time
- Support to Incident and Shift Manager

- Work in NOC Monitoring Shift (12 hours/shift) Day & Night Shift
- Knowledge of MS Team and MS Office
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G,5G and new technology telecom network
- Skills set of multivendor Transport (Huawei/Cisco/Nokia/Juniper/F5/Extreme/Palo Alto etc) equipment (IPRAN/IPCore{Router/Switches/Firewall}/Microwave/DWDM/Wifi/SDH/ISP)
- Customer Complaint Handling related to Wifi & Transport Network
- Knowledge of EOE Event Management, Incident Management, Access Management and Operational Process
- Basic knowledge of RAN Multivendor (Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia) Network
- Basic knowledge of IP Network (OSI Model)
- Good English communication (Written and Verbal)
- Knowledge of CACTI Handling
Key Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in Telecommunication under Transport Equipment (IPRAN/IPCore/Microwave/DWDM/Wifi/ISP) Multivendor (Huawei/Cisco/Nokia/Juniper/F5/Extreme/Palo Alto etc)
- Education: Bachelor/masters degree in ECE/Electrical/Computer Science/Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Computer Engineering
