BIM Manager

In this role, you will lead firmwide BIM strategy and implementation, partnering with project teams across all offices to elevate design and documentation quality, improve coordination, and establish consistent, effective digital delivery standards.
Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years of experience in architecture, BIM, or digital project delivery, including several years in a BIM management or firmwide support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, with strong knowledge of model setup, worksharing, coordination, standards, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting multiple project teams across different offices, project types, and phases of work.
- Demonstrated ability to improve drawing quality, model consistency, interdisciplinary coordination, and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of architectural documentation, detailing, QA/QC, and how BIM decisions affect project outcomes.
- Experience developing and maintaining templates, families, standards, workflows, and BIM execution plans.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to coach staff at different experience levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical leaders, designers, consultants, and IT.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to balance firmwide standards with project-specific needs.
Preferred
- Professional degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Architectural licensure or significant experience working within an architectural practice.
- Experience with Dynamo, automation, model checking, data management, or computational workflows.
- Experience integrating BIM with QA/QC, project delivery, and firmwide training programs.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Bluebeam, Rhino, Enscape, and other common AEC tools.
- Experience managing BIM staff, champions, or office-based technology leads.
