About the job Senior Product Manager, Mobile App

Key Focus:

  • Participate in developing and executing features for the Carsome mobile app based on team strategy and vision
  • Understand and execute the strategic direction of digital product portfolio and the destinations for Shanghai Disney Resort in mobile app and web to optimize conversion and user experience
  • Work directly with business teams to identify opportunities to improve products, tools, data, analytics, and reporting offerings
  • Develop product roadmap, requirements, specifications, and use cases; communicate them and gain support from internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and other stakeholders to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog, and execute on delivering delightful and impactful experiences for customers.
  • Lead or be part of the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+/5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven record of building and shipping mobile products in China or SEA region
  • Experience in managing mobile user experience, and design thinking process
  • Experience in mobile and agile software development methodology
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional product sense
  • A problem solver with solid analytical skills
  • A team player with excellent communications and organizational skills
  • Experience with technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization
  • Fluent in Chinese as a plus
  • Passion about the technologies, mobile, internet, and e-commerce as a plus
