Job Objective

We are looking for a highly motivated person, who is responsible in handling administrative and operational work and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Also, able to liaise effectively across the organization, communicating easily with staff in the full spectrum of technical roles and at all organizational levels.

 

Job Description

  • Assisting and monitoring SOPs align with local team in terms of sales, operations, campaigns, inventory, etc.
  • Communication with local team on current processes or any issues   related.
  • Prepare new feature training to local team.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports.
  • Monitoring on the local team daily operational matters: CMS, Sales, Inventory, Campaign & other related issues.

 

Job Requirement

  • Must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance, Supply Chain and IT
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
  • Good with number
  • Good communication skill
