Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibility:

Financial & Management Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, legal requirements, and Vietnam local regulations.
• Review company financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

• Maintain full sets of accounts and oversee reconciliation processes.
• Manage billing, payment processing, and cash flow.
• Handle tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax) and liaise with tax agents, auditors, and regulators.

Audit & Compliance:

• Manage the audit process, ensuring financial records align with IFRS and group policies.

Requirement:

• Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred.
• Experience: 6-8 years in accounting/finance with 3-5 years from big 4 accounting firm as an auditor; prior full-set accounting and management reporting experience required.

• Proficient in Excel (e.g., VBA, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., Navision).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal communication.
