About the job IT Support
Responsibilities
Manage IT technical activities to achieve operational outcomes, including timelines, expected stakeholders experience, and prioritizing and allocating workflow;
Provide timely and effective information and technical interpretation on IT matters, in a manner easily interpreted by stakeholders;
Be the focal point or contact for all stakeholders and proactively understand & anticipate to their business needs;
Evaluate and respond to operational or service delivery issues to ensure that business risks are minimized;
Monitor, review and analyse incident performance metrics and recurring issues/requests;
Provide support for a range of devices, hardware, software, network, systems and other related technologies;
Monitor the daily installation statistics and be responsible for technicians productivity.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology &/Or Engineering;
Minimum of 5 years experience in related industry and technical background with knowledge of technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage;
Minimum of 2 years experience in working as a team;
Team leading experience will be good to have;
Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application usage and PC troubleshooting;
Knowledge of Project Management is an advantage;
Ability to use Excel to Reconcile Billing/Reporting/Data Exports;
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with and thinking out of the box
