Responsibilities
Recruitment
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements
Assisting to write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Source and conduct technical screen for candidates competency within the job requirements before presenting hiring managers with quality candidates.
Keep track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Performing background and reference checks, as well as offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
HR Operations
Responsible for end to end employment pass/work pass application in compliance to all government and statutory requirements.
Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house
Familiar with end to end process of the recruitment cycle
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of open source technologies and technical jargons in software engineering, infrastructure, data science & embedded systems
Prior experience into work pass application for tech talents (compulsory)
