Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Development

    • Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to exceed performance targets
    • Collaborate with recruiters to quickly build high-performing teams aligned with company culture
    • Work with trainers to design and deliver impactful sales training programs

    Strategic Planning and Market Analysis

    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to create compelling product and pricing packages
    • Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies, including new distribution channels, regional expansion, industry targeting and others.
    • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies

    Performance Management

    • Set and maintain high performance standards across all sales teams
    • To coach poor performers through Performance Improvement Program

    Relationship Management

    • Nurture and lead the team to close large enterprise customers
    • Maintain close partnership with key clients

    Brand and Marketing Alignment

    • Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all sales channels

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B sales with consultative selling mindset (Vietnam Logistics network is preferred)
    • Management experience of small-medium teamsize is a must
    • TMS, supply chain or logistic background is preferred
    • Fluent English communication is a must to communicate with regional team
    • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and pitching product solutions to client
    • Have start-up spirit with constructive and adaptable approach
    • Office-based position (unless meeting customers)
