Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
  • Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
  • Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary
  • Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested
  • Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate
  • Build an instant rapport through effective communication
  • Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.

Requirements

  • Min SPM holder; Diploma etc
  • Able to converse/speak in, English or multi-language and experience in phone sales will be an advantage
  • Experience with telesales/telemarketing/inside sales. B2B industry is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Able to cope with Sales Rejection
  • Be driven by commission
  • Willing to work in KL Eco City (Walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum).
