Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to exceed performance targets
- Collaborate with recruiters to quickly build high-performing teams aligned with company culture
- Work with trainers to design and deliver impactful sales training programs
Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to create compelling product and pricing packages
- Develop and implement effective sales growth strategies, including new distribution channels, regional expansion, industry targeting and others.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies
Performance Management
- Set and maintain high performance standards across all sales teams
- To coach poor performers through Performance Improvement Program
Relationship Management
- Nurture and lead the team to close large enterprise customers
- Maintain close partnership with key clients
Brand and Marketing Alignment
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all sales channels
