Description:
Understand the business information requirements, collate information, investigate, analyse, and compile, together with recommendations, in a format relevant to internal customer needs. Maintenance of all IT related systems within Department.
Requirement:
- Minimum NQF 7 BCom qualification with 5 years experience in a similar position
- Deadline driven
- Excellent analytical skills
- Passion for detail
- High level of computer literacy (Advanced Excel)
- SAP, Bex Analysor and Qliview system experience
- Database structure knowledge

Validation of system information and data integrity
Take necessary corrective action for discrepancies and follow through to resolution and completion
Consistently enhance efficiencies and automate department processes
Management reporting
Design and propose lay-out of reports as requested by management
Produce, analyse, and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports / graphs
Highlight, investigate and advise of adverse trends noted through analysis
Propose alternative improvements based on data analysis
Benchmarking and analysing to market and industry information
Board packs and analyst presentation
Design and propose lay-out of reports requested by management
