• Collaborate closely with the design team to develop accurate and detailed architectural documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and technical details.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements throughout the documentation process.
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to identify any errors, omissions, or discrepancies and implement necessary corrections.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and consultants, to facilitate seamless communication and resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated on the latest industry advancements, building technologies, and documentation best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior documentors, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in architectural documentation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality and accurate documentation packages.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise and error-free documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
