Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process, from conceptualisation to project completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative and inspiring architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate sustainable design principles and optimise project outcomes.
• Prepare and present design proposals, utilising advanced software and visual tools to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough research to stay abreast of emerging architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management, with a portfolio showcasing your innovative and high-quality work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
