The role
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and prioritising the preparation and issuance of invoices.
- Handling invoice-related queries and coordinating with clients to resolve them efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer ledger records.
- Supporting general office and accounting tasks as required.
- Staying informed on relevant legal and regulatory updates.
- Ensuring all assigned deadlines are consistently met.
- Delivering a high standard of service to clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of an Advanced Level qualification in Accountancy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
