We are deeply embedded in our clients' recruitment operations, working directly with senior decision-makers including Partners, Managing Directors, Board members, and C-suite leaders across international firms and high-growth platforms.
The Role
The selected candidate will join a dynamic team supporting a largely international client base across diverse industries, alongside private clients of the firm. This is a hands-on and intellectually stimulating role that demands accuracy, strong technical capability, and a genuine commitment to client service beyond routine compliance work. It is well-suited for individuals looking to expand their expertise and take on meaningful challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to day-to-day client requests relating to their corporate entities.
- Apply company law, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks in a practical, client-oriented manner.
- Identify and interpret legal, accounting, and tax considerations to provide well-rounded client guidance.
- Contribute to strategic discussions by understanding clients' broader business environments.
- Attend client meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
- Liaise with legal advisors, accountants, auditors, and other third-party service providers on behalf of clients.
- Handle the collection and verification of due diligence documentation in line with KYC procedures.
- Supervise and support junior team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Maltese company law and company secretarial functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
