Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager – (High-tech manufacturing)

In this position, you will work within the C&B team to ensure that all related policies, processes, and systems align with local, regional, and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation and corporate governance standards across all C&B activities
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards
  • Lead the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit reviews, promotions, salary adjustments, and bonus planning within approved budgets
  • Partner in the annual HR budgeting process, providing data-driven insights to support financial planning
  • Monitor evolving labour regulations and market trends to proactively adapt the organisation's reward strategy
  • Develop and maintain clear HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support C&B operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and HR transformation projects to enhance process efficiency and employee experience

Training & Development

  • Partner with HR operations staff to identify organisational and individual development needs through structured training needs analysis
  • Design and implement learning solutions aligned with competency frameworks and business goals
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend external training providers and programmes to address capability gaps
  • Oversee employee engagement activities and measure the impact of learning and development

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role encompassing both C&B and L&D functions
  • Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and training programme design
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and hands-on leadership style
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business priorities
  • Experience in regulated or multinational environments is advantageous
